Metso B&B
Mets bed & breakfast provides bed and breakfast accommodation in rooms for 1-4 persons. The farm is located in a beautiful place in the village of Metsäkylä, about 15 min driving distance of city of Hamina. The farm is engaged in forestry and crop farming, and it is a ideal destination for outdoor activities like mountain biking, horse riding and hiking.

Villa Jaakkola farm
Villa Jaakkola is located about 20min drive from Hamina town. Accomodation is available on:
- four traditional granarys ( available on summer time)
- House Olli- with three bedrooms and two wc/shower

Hamina Camping Pitkät Hiekat
Hamina Camping Pitkät Hiekat is located by the sea, 6 km from the town centre. The camping area is a midst a pine forest, and there is a about 100m long beautiful, public sandy beach. The area offers accommodation in cottages, tent and caravan sites. You can also book a private sauna, or rent a bike to get around.
There is a restaurant onsite.

Mustaniemi Camping and rooms
Mustaniemen Leirintä is located beside lake Pyhältöjärvi in the village of Pyhältö about 30 km from Hamina town. The beautiful lake scenery, well-maintained area, versatile services as well as a friendly and relaxed atmosphere guarantee a successful holiday both in the summer and winter. Electrified sites for 26 caravans or camper vans, room accommodation, summer cafeteria, childrens play area. Sauna available for private bookings. There is a publich beach area onsite.

Luutnantin Puustelli
Luutnantin Puustelli, an old officer’s office building in Hamina offers luxurious home accommodation, about 20 minutes (2 km) from the center of Hamina. There are four (4) bedrooms, approx. 20m² each. Breakfast is included to the rate.
There is the possibility to heat the ancient log sauna on site. A traditional rowing boat and a SUP board are freely available.
On summer weekends, a summer bar opens in Puustelli, where everyone is welcome to enjoy the old-time atmosphere and eat traditional Hamina water pretzels with fillings. Welcome!

Accommodation at Suur-Merkjärvi lake
Markkula Camp Centre was built in 1986 and it has been recently renovated during the winter of 2019-2020. Markkula is located in a very calm, beautiful spot, right next to the clearwater Suur-Merkjärvi lake and only 15 kilometres from Hamina’s city centre. The camp centre’s spacious yard is surrounded by a beautiful forest, creating the perfect setting for outdoor adventures.
The centre’s main building can accommodate up to 38 people, in rooms of 1 to 4 people each. Showers and toilets are readily available, located near the rooms. In addition, the main building has a cafeteria, a reception hall that can be used for celebrations, and a lounge with a cozy fireplace.
At the camp centre, you will also find two cabins, both situated right at the edge of the lake. This is a great place for you to spend your evening, perhaps lighting a small fire and grilling some sausages.
The beach sauna is also located by the lake, boasting two separate electrically-heated sauna rooms, in addition to shower facilities. Why not go for a swim in the clear water lake during the sunny summer months, or a quick dip in the icy waters during the snowy winter!
There is a grilling area located at the edge of the forest, in front of the main building. Enjoy a nice and relaxing evening campfire here.

Old Veteran United Nations Peacekeeping Museum Accommodation
Military base accommodation for groups and individual visitors in an old barracks. Spend a night or two near the main gate of the Hamina garrison at the Old Veteran United Nations Peacekeeping Veteran and Heritage center.
A permanent exhibition, a changing exhibition about peacekeeping, a sauna in the barracks and a satisfying meal in the dining room will give you an unforgettable experience in Hamina, the oldest military town in Finland.
There are 10 rooms for accommodation for a total of 40 persons.
